Chilly temps made for a shortcut to the "Mi'Kmaq Hill Loop" trail, the second of four back country loops.  The crisp winter air and blue skies made for some refreshing exercise.  Firing up the Jetboil stove (https://shop.halifaxtrails.ca/product/jetboil-flash-personal-cooking-system/) for coffee and oatmeal at the midway point kept the chills at bay.
